Cancer Connection creates opportunities for Central Texans whose lives are currently impacted by cancer to receive the unique support only survivors can provide. Through peer matching and as clinical partners in local-area hospitals and treatment centers, our survivor volunteers provide psychosocial support and procure tangible resources, all without cost to patients.

American Gateways provides immigration legal services and education to secure justice for new Americans and enrich Central Texas communities. We serve immigrant survivors of domestic violence or human trafficking, immigrants seeking asylum, people who are detained in area immigrant detention facilities, and immigrants seeking to reunify their families and naturalize as citizens.
The mission of All Blind Children of Texas is to be a resource for the optimal physical, mental, emotional, and social development of all blind children of Texas. ABCTX encourages Teachers of the Visually Impaired (TVI’s) to create opportunities for their students so that they may experience events and activities that will deepen their knowledge of the world. These programs follow the Expanded Core Curriculum of skills that provide hands-on instruction in specific areas for visually impaired children. ABCTX has funded social and recreational activities, fine arts programs, summer enrichment and camps, cooking and travel programs, parent support and a wide variety of sports activities. ABCTX has awarded nine college scholarships to visually impaired graduating high school seniors. 90% of donated funds support the vision of ABCTX that all blind children in Texas will have a quality life, rich with opportunities that will maximize their potential.

The Texas Fair Defense Project (TFDP) - is a nonprofit organization based in Austin, Texas that works to improve the fairness of Texas’s criminal courts and ensure that all Texans have access to justice. TFDP focuses on improving the public defense system and challenging policies that create modern-day debtors’ prisons filled with poor people who cannot afford to pay commercial bond fees and post-conviction fines and costs. TFDP defends the rights of indigent criminal defendants through litigation, education, and advocacy.
