I have boxing pracrice every day exept Friday, and Suday. I have to practice for about an hour and a half. I always stretch before i practice and i always have my back crunched so my back hurts alot. We always do hard activities in boxing like one we have to walk while squating and we have to hold our hands up while acting like your fighting, it hurts! After all that we stretch again and jump rope and run then we are done.
